Reheating & Warming Suggestions For Takeout

Reheating

Chicken Tenders – Heat oven to 325 degrees.  Place tenders on baking sheet and place in oven.  Allow 5-10 minutes for hors d’oeuvres orders and ½ buckets and 10-15 minutes for buckets and party buckets.

Hors d’Oeuvres – Including Mushrooms, Scallops & Bacon, Meatballs, Spanakopeta, Quiche, Etc. – Heat oven to 325 degrees.  Place uncovered foil pan in oven for 10-15 minutes.

Dips – Including Spinach/Artichoke Dip & Espinaca – Place uncovered container in microwave for 2 minutes.  Stir and heat for additional time as needed.

Lasagna – Heat oven to 375 degrees.  Place covered foil pan on baking sheet.  Pour small amount of water on baking sheet to prevent burning bottom of lasagna.  Cook for 25-30 minutes.

Family Style Pans – Including Mac & Cheese, Chicken Parm, Chicken Broccoli & Ziti, and Stuffed Shells – Heat oven to 325 degrees.  Place uncovered pan in oven for 15-20 minutes.

Oven Browned Potatoes, French Fries & Onion Rings – Heat oven to 325 degrees.  Place item on baking sheet and put in oven.  Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Mashed Potatoes, Rice, and Vegetables – Put item in microwavable container in microwave for 4-5 minutes.  Stir and heat for additional time as needed.

 

Warming

To keep food warm, heat oven to 160 degrees.  Place item on baking sheet or in foil pan, cover, and place in oven until needed.
